WATER HEATER LOVE STORIES

February is traditionally the month of LOVE. 

But it is also the month of extremes in weather and temperatures.  One day it is -30 degrees and a few days later it is +40 degrees.

And water heaters can be affected by these extremes in temperatures. 

Freeze ups and thaws are hard on pipes, HVAC and water heaters. February is the month to show your water heater a little love.  When you find yourself snowed in, make sure to run outside to clear the snow away from your air intake vent so that it doesn\’t get blocked with snow.  When the polar vortex blows your way, keep a trickle of water running in all of your faucets to decrease the chance of your pipes freezing.
