You have no hot water. That seems pretty simple doesn’t it? It’s actually the most common reason that people call Hot Water 911. People have no hot water and they don’t know what to do. If you are not familiar with the mechanics of water heaters, call your water heater professional. Don’t try to fix something that isn’t your area of expertise.
Your water heater is making noises. Again, trying to diagnose your water heater noises without training can lead to more problems. Call your factory trained water heater technician. He/she has heard all of the “noises” that water heaters make. They will be able to determine the cause and the solution.
Yearly maintenance. Most people don’t take this seriously enough and then, when their water heater gives them trouble, it becomes a sort of V-8 moment when you hit your forehead and say “I should have scheduled my water heater preventive maintenance appointment”!
Water around your water heater. You should become familiar with your water heater so that when something looks different, you are aware of the change.
