We hear an awful lot about what is wrong with the world lately and that makes us sad at Hot Water 911.  I’m pretty sure it makes you feel dejected as well.  So, we thought we would share a little bit of goodness.  A customer took the time to sit down and write a review AND write a letter to Hot Water 911.  Not just any letter, mind you.  A letter written to commend one of our excellent service technicians. Hot Water 911 prides itself in providing exceptional customer care and we accomplish this in large part through our dedicated office staff and our incredible factory trained technicians.  We get our fair share of “atta boys” each week. We do everything in our power to make our customers happy because when they are pleased, we feel proud.  It isn’t often, though, that someone actually takes the time to write a detailed and kind letter sharing their positive experiences with us.  We shared the review with our technician Dan, but, we also wanted to share the love here on our website.

Paying it Forward

Because we experienced such a good feeling upon receiving this complimentary letter, Hot Water 911 is committed to paying the good feelings forward.  We are making a concerted effort to be mindful of expressing and sharing positive feedback with our vendors and customers, friends and family.  It’s too easy to pass up opportunities for kindness and, in this chaotic world, we need to stop and share the love.
