Before high efficiency condensing water heaters, before sensors and automation...heck, before water heater repair was a specialty...my talented father-in-law captured the essence ofHot Water 911 in a simple but powerful cartoon. This meaningful poster (with some updated text) has been sitting in myHot Water 911office for years and years. Dad sadly has been gone for 14 years now, but this special gift keeps his memory right in the forefront of each of my days.
So, in honor of Dad and the passing of time and simplicity, when water heaters were uncomplicated and thermal couplers were all you needed in your truck, here is the poster that spoke to our mission...
