One of our amazing certified technicians found this situation at a job he was assigned. It looked like a DIY nightmare but it could have become a DIY nightmare if our technician hadn’t found that the INSTRUCTIONS for the flexible vent was still IN the vent burning up! Luckily he caught it before a fire!
YIKES!
By installing the venting the correct way we prevented a possible carbon monoxide situation.
