Job Well Done

Just wanted to give Hot Water 911 a “Thank you, job well done”. In November 2024 my A.O.Smith tankless water heater failed while still under warrantee (already 7 years old) . After the initial inspection, A.O.Smith agreed to replace the complete system under warrantee and my cost was only the installation, great deal.
The replacement came a few days later and Hot Water 911 provided the installation. Unfortunately, the new unit was fatally flawed and it also need to be replaced. Greg, Bob, Christa and Tyler all helped to get the second replacement unit and get it installed at no additional cost to me. A good sign of a high quality, customer focused company. Great job!
