Awesome experience with this company!!

I had an issue with our water heater and called these guys since they work directly with the manufacturer on warranty claims (Bradford White). They ultimately came out 3x over the course of a 5 week period (one visit was at no charge). The 3rd time they came was after I saw a leak in the tank and they did a full replacement. The staff and service technicians are fantastic…Krista in the office, Greg the Service Manager, and especially Luigi and Dan who came to the house and did more than expected. Highly recommend Hot Water 911!
