I would highly recommend Dan and Hot Water 911

Hot water heater wouldn’t stay lit, so I called Rheem warranty service at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, and I received a call from Hot Water 911 first thing the next morning – unfortunately, I had to wait for the replacement part to be sent to my home from Rheem, so I was unable to even schedule an appointment until it got there: after 2:00 pm Friday. By that time, the guys were getting wrapped up for the day (they work until 4:00 pm), but the very helpful lady on the phone (whose name, unfortunately, escapes me) was able to get service tech Dan Wenciker to stop by on his way home. Dan was courteous, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He tested a few things, replaced my thermophile, then stuck around long enough to make sure it worked. Thanks to him and the helpful lady, we didn’t have to take cold showers all weekend!
